Vendor Registration Information for the
13th Annual Lancaster Printers Fair 

The .918 Club invites you to participate in the 13th Annual Lancaster Printers Fair on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The event will be held at the Al Starr Community Building behind the Willow Street Fire Company.

The Lancaster Printers Fair showcases both historical and contemporary printmaking. It is an excellent opportunity for vendors to market and sell products to customers seeking unique hand-printed merchandise, equipment, and supplies, including book arts, letterpress presses, wood and metal type, ink, paper, and limited edition books. If you are unable to join as a vendor, we also offer sponsorship opportunities to support the letterpress and printmakers movement.

We hope you will join us this year. Please submit your application as soon as possible so we can include you in our upcoming advertising and marketing campaigns.

Vendor space for $60 credit or PayPal each 10' x 10' space
10’ x 10’ canopy for $25 for each one needed.

A vendor space is 10’ x 10’ and all participating vendors must have and use a 10x10 canopy (canopy leg weights will be available at no charge). A limited number of 10x10 canopies and tables with chairs are available for rent on a first come basis. As part of the vendor fee, you will receive mention in the fair program and listed on the website. You can increase your business visibility by adding a sponsorship to your vendor fee.

• Name, logo, contact information and link on fair website • Will appear in all press releases, communications, mailings and eBlasts • 1/3 page color ad in program = $200.00.
